Noon until 4:00PM EDT at the Stutz Building which is located on West 10th St. between Senate and Capitol Ave...just two blocks WEST of Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN.
Donation: $10/person, $15/couple, children age 12 yr. and under will be admitted free of charge.
