gen 2 exhaust mod done now car is surging ?

after installing eldelbrock headers borla exhaust and eliminated cats now the car is surgeing when i try to maintain a steady speed ? any help greatly appreciated .

where are the upstream (front) O2 sensors (middle tubes or collector)? and how old are they? may need to re-set PCM or replace sensors.

More than likely the PCM needs to be reset as previously posted. Depending on where the collectors are, the PCM is making adjustments based on previous location of O2 sensors. Depending on set up, the sensors are either further or closer than before. The PCM is then causing lean/rich conditions then overcorrecting, which explains the surging.
