Any deposit placed on the vehicle is forfeited, the dealer finds a new buyer and the previous deposit can cover any floorplan time (there won't be much with these babies...) charged to the dealer.

Here's something not alot of New Yorkers know about: On the New York State Law books - "Retailers CAN NOT keep a deposit."
So, I don't take deposits here. Why bother I can't keep it anyway.
