Congratulations to Garry Grant for his win at the GTGP at Laguna Seca Raceway!

The competition was tough in the tuner class, with several highly tuned GT2-3 Porsches, Mitsubishi EVO's, Corvettes and a Twin Supercharged Ferrari Scuderia.
The tuner class requires vehicles to be licensed, have full interiors, DOT tires and catalyst exhaust.

Garry, in his DC Performance prepared 1.33 edition ACR came out on top and made the Viper Nation proud.

Garry, who is new to the Dodge Viper amazed everyone with his driving skills after only two practice weekends behind the wheel. His ability to adapt to a new car with over 650 hp and pratice for this event in the rain speaks volumes for his potential.

We at DC Performance want to thank everyone who helped make this happen for Garry! Bill at Woodhouse for getting the car, our crew for the detailed preparation, Ross at Exoticraft for driving instruction and Ted and Elliot at Valaya for the Laguna support!

............and all this from a guy who said he was pretty fair driver in a Porsche. Looks to me like Garry is a convert, can we all have an " Amen Chorus!"

Have to Grant it to you, you are a bit too modest for your own good. Fast and humble , but ready to rumble. Looks like a red/black Snake continues to own the Monterrey Pennisula !!:2tu:

Yes, Congrats and way to make an entrance to the Viper world! Hope to see you at a track someday.

So, with all the goodies, including Hoosiers, and still 4 sec off pace from the record, this shows what a hot shoe Kuno Wittner is in the Viper. That record will not be easy to break, imo, but kudos for making a run at it!
