Well, I got my stock 05 almost a year ago and could'nt wait to do some work to it. I spoke to Jon numerous times on the phone for extended periods, not sure what direction I wanted to go with the car. He recommended the Belanger exhaust, K&N CAI, for what I was looking to do and also hooked me up with some Hi-Temp plug wires with plugs.
I couldnt be happier with the purchase, Jon is a stand-up guy and knows Viper's, what works and what does not. And the great thing about Jon is that he will break things down for us new guys and explain everything in detail.
I had to give Jon a call and let him know how happy I was with the results of the install. The car is like driving a different one now, its like night and day.
Jon has definately made a friend with me and all of my purchases will be going his way. He has earned confidence and peace in mind with me. I dont know why anyone would deal with someone outside of Parts Rack when making a purchase.
