Here are a couple pics.
The fascia has a series of nut plates along the front edge.
If the shape of the splitter is a "D", the straight aft edge would not be attached to anything - that's a long unsupported edge.
OR the splitter is a curved, maybe 8" wide piece, like a curved strip that extends maybe 4" fore and aft of the attachment screws.
UPDATE: Had the bright idea to scrape BaT for one with and found either 1 or 2 (also is on Gen 1) and NO underneath pics! @#$(*&#@*($
ALSO: Looked at a bunch of youtube import tuners making plywood splitters and they were all massive "skid plates" which in the Viper's case would be a massive D-shape that would span from the front edge back to the fascia rear mount fasteners at the frame rail ends. NOTE: The fascia bottom is thin and flimsy and spans that distance of about 2 feet.
Another pic w/"Cat Eyes" filled in:
Here you can see if a "D" shape, the splitter would be a huge piece approaching 2' wide at the center.
Considering how far the splitter wraps around, I'm thinking it would be "narrow" strip that doesn't extend far from the fasteners.
