Agreed, would probably work on any car, but with the change in the 2000-02 cars cam, might run a bit funny initially. What are you plans with it? Hard to say what tune is in it if you don't have the history of the car it came off of.

Its a Hennessey file. Overwrite that junk and move on.

PCM should be in a 1996. That hardware is ONLY compatible with 96 firmware, and that is the least complete/most handicapped/slowest version.

Have a 97 so yes was going to go stock tune on it but a know there were different revisions.

Just have it as a back up if ever I needed it. Guess I will get it, maybe get it reflashed and sale/trade for a 97 compatible one.
