If they replace ur motor under warranty. what pistons do they use?

Post says it all. do they give u what u had or what they want? (cast vs. forged)

I am having warrenty work done on the motor and they are up grading my pistons to forged for about $500. They just asked if this is what I wanted.

They return the motor to whatever the stock conditon was when it was new.

example: 1997 gts forged, 2002 gts cast! depends on the year, is what you get.

sounds good, if they want to replace, ill ask to upgrade.
