Found this car on the north texas viper club site. It has flared front and rear fenders with a modified rear bumper and what looks like a one piece fascia/hood. Is this anyone's car here? If so, who made the mods?

I am pretty certain it is a real viper. Maybe it is a Bobby Arhcer motorsports modified car?

It's a real Viper alright - 1000HP machine built by Bobby Archer for owner Rand Watkins.

What method was used to get the 1000hp and is that crank or rear wheel? Thanks
