Guess I'm not the only one. Still don't have my cert., so called Viper HQ again and they said I am not the only one with the problem. Seems a group in Illinois and some on the east coast have the same problem.
Lady told me that they will resend certs., that may have been lost in the mail, before the end of the month, and not to worry since I have a valid number. Thought those of you in the same boat would appreciate this information. Evidently, some within HQ are pushing for sooner release of duplicate certs. You might want to call HQ also if you don't have your's yet (800-998-1110). However, she did tell me to wait until next Wednesday and call again if I don't have it.
PS: I wanted to say something bad about the post office, but hey, they are having a rough time right now, be my guess.
