New Drag radials 390-40-17??

Will these 390-40-17's fit on my 96 GTS or are they too tall??

Keith, super great idea but 29.5" is waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy too tall I have gotten a 28.5"tall slick in there just barely and it rubbed all over the rear quarter panels/fiberglass poertion of the wheel wells. Not to mention you would have the equivalent of a 2.73 rear end gear with that tall of a tire.

Hey Paolo,
Thanks for the information. I do have the 3.73 gears so a taller tire won't hurt me in the 1/4 mile. Especially when I start adding power. Can I get a 28" tall Hoosier in there without a problem. They show a 28-11.50 x 16 in the Quick Time Pro's.
