A PS of srt "Vert" idea

Nice work, but I'm not a fan of the shark fin / batmobile style. Only thing I'd request is safe vert, either rollbar or like the RT/10 style, for rollover protection.
Oh, and sorry to disapree but after 3 viper verts now, the one thing I hate is that it doesn't have the coupe rear, and the Gen5's strongest feature is the rear, I'd be very very disappointed if the Gen5 vert ends up with a soft rear design like previous verts. We've had to rely on aftermarket kits to make the viper **** look as nice as the coupe's.
+1Not feeling the fins.
I hope they consider making it a hard top vert ... I think that would be super popular Much like the Ferrari California but half the price!
I'm undecided on that idea. I'm not sure if I'd like it or not. I will say this though...the notion of it will go over like a fart in church with most of the members here.
You think? I think the clean double bubble could be kept in a hard top vert design ... Something that can't be done on a soft top
EXACTLY!!! I've owned 7 convertibles and automatic tops are overrated. They are often problematic, add lots of weight, and extremely costly to fix! Love the manual top on my Gen III though--simple and effective.I like the soft top and want it still to be manual - light and simple. I also happen to like the "sebring rear" but the coupe rear does look good and is probably more functional in terms of aerodynamics or high speed stability.
