posting pictures

Ok, I did a search on posting pictures, set up an account in the media section of the VCA, and still do not understand how to submit a picture and/or attach a picture to a post. I have an exhaust question and need to attach a picture.
Help!

Well, with a PC you:

1. right click on the picture you wanna show in the thread.

2. click 'properties'

3. find the url for the picture (your avatar, for example, is - "http://vca2.viperclub.org/forums/avatars/custom/00002373.gif "

4. Highlight the url of the pic with your cursor, right click it and select 'copy' (this copies all of the text you just highlighted).

5. In your post, put the Code:

You must be registered for see images

before and after your image's url, leaving no spaces and noting the extra ' / ' in the second image tag. Should look like this:

6. click 'continue'

I think I have that part figured out, but how to I get a picture to the media section in the first place?
Example; what address do I send the picture to?
