Probs with membership renewal

Having problems generating a password for the membership renewal. I get to the screen that says a key has been sent to my email but nothing shows up. Have tried it several times, while being logged in and out and still nothing gets delivered to my email. Any suggestions?

Send an email to [email protected] and let them know your problem. Its likely there's a typo in your email address in the VCA database so the password email is going to the wrong email account. This has happened to several GA-VCA guys. The problems were corrected very quickly after my members sent an email to the above address.
