Pueblo Open Track Days

Anyone else out there do HPDE/Open track days?

I will be down at Pueblo on Friday, July 13 for an open track day, and Saturday, July 14 for a SCCA event (time trials and HPDE)

I'm also going to be at the NASA HPDE event at Pueblo on July 21.

Any other Viper folk planning on going to any of these events?

Seems like these days, I see more Ferraris at open track days than I do Vipers (which is truly a sad state of affairs.)

Just got back from the NASA event at Pueblo.

Lots of track time. Lots of cool cars. Lots of helpful and friendly people. Only 2 Vipers.

If any of you are interested in taking your Viper to the track, I can't think of a more fun or user friendly venue than a NASA track day. There are opportunities for everyone, from first timers to dedicated track rats.

How'd the tires hold up? Did they make it through the day or did you replace them last week?

I ran on the old tires.

They were greasy, but didn't come apart.

Saturday was their last day. They are way past their prime.

The open track season is coming to a close.

There's a Miata Club event (all cars welcome) on November 3rd and a NASA event on November 9,10,11 both at Pueblo.

I'm going to be at the NASA event on the 10th (Saturday.)
