When I got my gears at Unitrax, I asked them about their half-shafts, and got the following info: the forged steel half-shafts (good to 700 hp) are about $850; the special treated steel (good from 700-1000(?)hp) are $1050, but are being phased out since not that many people for the intermediate power range shafts; the super half-shafts (good for 1000(?)+ hp) are $1250. All prices are unistalled. I've heard good things about Unitrax, but BTR's current price of about $700 seems too good to pass up, even with shipping, since there wouldn't be any tax for you. Let me know what you are going to do, and maybe we can get a special price for a set of two!! (How about it Tom???????)
