Removed prop valve on my GTS today

after installing SS brake lines.
I didn't realize it at the time (maybe I was tired or just ignorant) but after removing the spring and inner tube, fluid leaks out the hole in the plug.
Do I need to get a solid plug to replace it or was I supposed to do something else other than remove the innards completely. Thanks.

Never mind. Looked at it again and realized I just needed to remove the rubber o-ring...the rest of the apparatus is back in.
Hopefully this, in conjunction with Tom Hayden's 40mm rear calipers, will do the trick.
