Shifter knob

I just bought a 98 RT10 and would like to change that original black shift **** to some type round ****? I don’t care about changing to a short throw, just changing the ****. How do I remove that ********* 18 wheeler looking ****? What replacement knobs are available? A round aluminum **** would look good. Tks!

It takes a 3/4" and 5/8" open end wrenches or crescent wrenches.
