Alright guys, new too this forum and Vipers in general but trying to pick up. I've got a -95 which I'm really happy with. The car is a bit modified and it needs some TLC.. Interior is a bit so so and there are other stuff that needs attention as well. I'll probably post specifically on these things.

Anyway, the steering seems a bit sloppy for this kind of car. Its more than an inch of free play at the wheel. Car has a new steering rack and new ball joints. I've tried to trace the issue and it seems like my first joint (from the steering column) seems to have a bit of play. I can both see the play and certainly feel it.. Is there a way of tightening this up? I really don't want to screw anything up so I thought I'd ask :)

Any input is highly apreciated!

Thanks/ Jonas (in Sweden)

Replace the stock intermediate shaft with an after market needle bearing intermediate shaft.
