Still waiting for my voucher. Getting the run around !!!!

I purchased my car Sept 9th, 2014. After Speaking with Kim at SRT she said the cut off date was Sept 7, 2014. On Sept 9th the day I purchased my car on SRT website it clearly said all gen V current owners will receive this 15K voucher towards the purchase of a 2015 0r 2016 car. It did not mention a cutoff date. Is anyone else having this problem? Not happy how Dodge is handling this matter.

I thought the vouchers were all the same but I guess not.
