I recently called Chuck Tator for his advice on my Viper- I had not been a customer before and he spent quite a bit of time giving me free and valuable information and advice. He then gave me a couple spare parts I needed that he happened to have at his shop. I went ahead and placed an order for some other gaskets and parts I needed after all that and at very resonable prices.

It was just so refreshing to experience GREAT customer service I felt I should let other Viper owners know where to go for expert and generous service. That is very rare these days.
