Being clueless about tires I made certain assumptions and was wrong.
Jon called me last night based on what he read on this board and provided evidence that my assumptions were wrong and potentially deadly. Thinking about it he probably saved my life from driving at speed on completely unsafe tires.

Oh and his prices are the best! Beyond the call great service, and totally proactive in this case.

Jon and his business are a wonderful asset to our Viper passion.

As those threads reveal, a couple track rats also urged that you scrap that tire, I merely elaborated on the COLLECTIVE great advice.....that you were wise enuf to accept!
