Im trying to locate the current owner of this Viper my husband bought. He passed away and I came across the owners manual complete kit including the window sticker from Vancouver Dodge. I would like to offer it to the current owner of the vehicle before I list it anywhere else. Im not sure how to go about this but thought I would start here.
