vBulliten GROUPS for Regions

Hi guys, ill say it again. nice work on the forums so far!

I'm pretty familiar with the vBull software. It would be really nice if at some point we could roll out groups for each region if there wont be a region specific forum for each region. This would allow people to PM or Email the entire group of members. People could apply to join the group & be approved by a member. They could also leave the forum group if they dont want the ***/Mail.

Just a thought to toss around.
