Sunday I went to the autocross 1st to warm up for the ROVAL and Ralph was there beating on a challenger and an ACR. We were running back to back. As I sat there behind him in line I thought, hmm, I wonder if a Corvette owner has ever sat in his car waiting to make a run behind the CEO of Chevy. LoL.
Ralph clocked 39 and change on the course, I clocked a 40.6, but he was in a newer ACR, on cup tires, and the sun was in my eyes at least once, and, and, um, and he's certainly better than me ... it was a highlight of the trip.
I hope he knows how much it means to us Viper nuts that he does these crazy things right with us.
