The wheels on my 96 GTS could use a little waking up. I recently bought the car and it had a little over 400 miles on it. I guess time=oxidation. The paint is perfect and so are the wheels except they are not as shiny as they should be. What are some products that can be used?

The wheels on your '96 are clear-coated, so don't use any type of metal polish...only a good quality (like Zaino) clear coat polish/wax. '96 wheels are not a bright as later year Viper wheels.

I used Blue Magic metal polish on my HRE wheels and they look great. The bottle states that it is safe on all chrome. It is nonabrasive and can be applied to all factory coated wheels as well. All of the water spots are gone and the chrome is nice and smooth. It also leaves a protective coating on the wheels.I dont believe that all metal polishes are safe to use but this one is.
