Does anyone have any feedback on HP gains on Edelbrock w/o Cats and a 3" Cat Back?

I just got off the phone with ******, they are also offering Headers now also for 1,499.00 Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about these?

Have used ****** in the past on non-vipers and found them to be pretty much low-grade dog food. Things could've changed since then, but I don't think I'd use any of their products again ... especially on a viper.

Put Edelbrock on a 96 RT10 and a 97 GTS both also with Borla Cat-back. Also with cats. Peak rwhp was 397. The 2500 rpm to 5500 numbers were very nice. The GTS peak numbers ?(lost from memory) but remember that the spool up between 2000 to 5500 was less than another Viper with roller rockers, much more expensive headers, etc. This Viper made 30-40 more peak hp but took longer to go from 2000 to 5500. To me average hp is more important than peak hp. That is because my driving skills are not good enough to keep in the peak hp rpm range, brake, turn, and go. I also wanted to be smog legal in CA.
