Just talked to Panoz. There have been some confusion over who can participate so here is the scoop.
Sundays open track day is usually reserved for solo drivers who have some Road Atlanta experience.
If you are participating in the Zone Rendezvous on saturday & you have soloed on the track, you will be allowed into the sunday optional day! Unfortunately, they did not keep a record of who they turned down so CALL THEM NOW. Tell them That JEFF ROBILARD told you to call
If you have NEVER soloed on a race track before, here is the deal:
Saturday has a novice class for guys with NO TRACK EXPERIENCE. This is a lead follow type deal with some classroom instruction. If you do the novice class on saterday, you CAN run on sunday.
If you decide to do Saturday, you will have a very full day, I will make sure you get into the Autocross, but you will probably miss some of the car control clinic.
