    Hey Guys, Has anyone cleaned the pedals on your car? My 2004 brake and clutch pedal are quite corroded, could you use a wire brush? ASny suggestions? Thanks.

    Oil line leak

    My fan had a few of the blades crack and it vibrated big time every time the fan sped up (air con or at running temp).It is a whole assembly of course. I wasn't referring to the oil lines either,just the next thing to go.

    Yes had my lines replaced too on my 2004. Like Canyon says, fan is next. Lol! It is a whole assembly of course, not just the fan.:2tu:

    TPMS Sensors?

    I just got new wheels on my 2004 today. I put on new sensors on all wheels. Do I need them programmed now or what is the procedure? I had a low tire light on with the old wheels and sensors, and it is still on. Thanks.

    Hey guys, Has anybody tried or succeeded in changing out the wires on a Gen 3 without pulling the intake? Is it possible? I would like to change mine but would like to skip the hassle of pulling the intake.:2tu:

    So I guess that's the way you did it? You didn't remove the line from the fitting. Correct?

    My new module has the fittings on it already. I was just going to disconnect the others, then snap them into the new one.How does the line diconnect from the fitting? The shop manual doesn't say anything about that.

    I'm replacing my cooling fan module tommorow. Is there any trick to the quick disconnects on the power steering lines at the fan module. Do I need a special tool? It says to replace the o-rings also. Can I get them anywhere or are they special? Thanks guys.:2tu:
