If you have the money to do this just go buy a gen 5...... it will be cheaper.
The electronics are not compatible. Gen 5 motor mounts are completely different. You might want to consider putting GEN 4 / GEN 5 Heads. I did it.
If you still want to do this and money is no object I would start...

Not sure what the picture of the stock headers means.
Or are confusing headers with valve heads?
I would use Cruise Control on my GEN 2 if I had it.
Don't give hoot what others think.
It is the primary reason trips beyond 2 hours or so on major highways in the viper **** other than racking up the miles.
Locking my foot in one position for hours is not exactly what I call a high value...
I can't comment directly with regard to your question since the car had upgraded heads that I sold before doing this. I can tell you that a friend (a real track rat) who previously owned a GEN 2 until recently was really impressed with the power the car put down and the seat of the pants feel.
Frank I have had my car dyno'd there a few years ago which they then also updated the tune for.
Subsequently I have been to their new shop for a dyno day (this last summer) to check a recent engine build.
I know of one other local viper owner (black ACR) that had them tune his GEN 2 as...
