Service Manuals Available - Book vs. CD-Rom Format?
The biggest problem that I have is when I am working with the wiring section. When using the manual, I usually have multiple pages to be open at the same time and with a CD that is hard to do. VIPER QUARTERLY....error on page 34
In the Spring 2001 issue on page 34, Hal is commenting on the torque specs for the ring gear bolts. He indicated that the spec should be 80 +/- 10 foot lbs, but it ended up in the quarterly indicating 8 +/- 10 foot lbs.- Rich Carlson

Yes, but I need to know if you are checking the voltage by back probing the connector or you are checking the open circuit voltage with the connector disconnected. Viper Racing in Trans-Am in 2001
Just heard from Tommy Archer that they will run a 2001 Viper in the Trans-Am next year. Car will be modified to meet the requirements and keep an even playing field. Engine is to be a Caldwell V-8 with a lot of horsepower.- Rich Carlson
