    Hi, Just wondering why do you guys put headers on your Vipers when the factory ones are the best for the car? I have a friend here in Iowa that owns a speed shop and he told me to leave it alone, DON't change anything on the car. It runs the BEST from the factory. What gives? Are headers a waste...

    I did it:

    I took my 2000 RT/10 down to iowa city today put 100 miles on her. First highway trip this year. I know it wasn't a trip but a 80 mile an hour fun run.What a great car. and I thought i wanted to trade her for a Hummer H1 No way. Take care viper owners and anyone wanting to own one.

    Why should I join the Viper Club? I would like to but Iowa has no club, what do I get for my $100.00 bucks , no magazine , viper shows are too expensive, I would love to come and watch and look at vipers, I don't race but like to watch so why do you have to pay so much for events?     Can I remove the cats on my 2000 RT/10 without problems? and do I also take out the resinators or leave them in and put in a straight pipe. thanks for any info. want it loud.

    Is the extended warranty on a 2000 RT/10 with 11000 miles with the 25 to 2800. price, it's only for 4 more years 7-75 plan I will only put 6 or 7 thousand miles on her in that time, is it a waste of money it's been great and trouble free so far. thanks wayne....................
