Hi, Everyone It sounds like you guys have great dealer ships to go to , Like Tators and woodhouse, I took my 2000 Rt/10 in for the 999 recall , 1 viper tech, chuck williams, nice guy did a great job. BUT
I live in cedar rapids iowa and when I droped the viper off to have the schedualed work done, the tech took me over he car and showed me what he was going to do, he put it up on the rack and looked over everything. i told chuck thanks and went over to the service area and got my paper work done and told them I needed a ride home., i'ts 5:00 pm Sory sir, no shuttle now it stops at 4:45pm I was there at 4:00pm I told them i had to walk then, I have a bad knee and one that is replaced. 10 miles home, they said sorry. It only took me 3.5 hrs. I could hardley walk the next day. I picked up the Viper the next day and I won't be back . What do you guys think? Thanks wayne......
