I have been thinking of doing headers and rockers for a while on my 97 RT/10 and need some advise. My primary goal is getting a more aggressive sound and secondary is HP.
I already have hi-flow cats and borla catback so is there a noticeable improvement in sound with headers? How much difference...

Looks like exhaust mods have a better chance of selling your Viper than aftermarket wheels. I thought the opposite would be true but good and interesting feedback. thanks!
Thanks for the responses. I'm a bit surprised that exhaust mods would be a better selling point than wheels since most folks usually want to go for an 'unmolested' Viper. For most, I think, exhaust mods give the impression that the car has been driven hard thus making it a second choice. It...
and it had one of the following two options on it, which one would you prefer and why?
Viper with:
A) after-market wheels that looks awesome
OR
B) headers, hi-flo cats and cat-back that sounds awesome.
(Let's assume cost for option A and B are the same. Ofcourse, ideally you'd want both!)

I just signed up at a reasonable rate ($800/yr, 3k miles/yr) but rates depend on how much you drive your Viper and agreed value. Was pretty easy process and quick also.
I also dropped one inside the trunk last week while installing the trunk struts. Got it out by tieing a fishing line to a magnetic dart (cut off the back end) and fishing it out of the groove - was very easy as the the magnetic tip on these darts are pretty powerful. Might work for you also...
Since the RPMs are higher after the gear change (correct me if that's a wrong assumption), its probably more likely to hit the rev limitter threshold easily when shooting out at the lights. Not a good thing to hit! How much of 're-learning' of how to drive will I have to do? Or am I totally...
