I was replacing the power steering pulley on my 1997 GTS and I noticed the dust shield that covers the steering shaft connection on the rack is cracked and falling off. Is this something that can be replaced? Its made of rubber and is dried out from heat and age.

When you rev the engine the engine the suction pressure will drop. If it drops below the low pressure switch setpoint then the compressor will shut off. This usually indicates the system is low on refrigerant. Makes sence to me

Should have mentioned that i never removed the cowl, i was able to reach around the back with the cowl in place. I read that the mopar blue wires seem to cause this but didn't know if th AB wires did also.
2 bottles is enough, amsoil also makes a cheap hand pump that mounts right on the bottle for like $15. Worked really well compared to more expensive hand pumps i've used before. Even rigged it up in reverse to draw out the old fluid and worked perfect.
Installed new set of AB wires and now I get slight static at idle and quite alot of static at WOT. Cruising is fine. Anyway to solve this issue other than putting the stock wires back on?
I just removed mine to do the timing cover gasket. It was really tight on my car which is factory original. I thought about pinning the crank with the roe kit but after seeing how tight it was to come loose i just red loctited it back on and torqued it to 250.
