Long distance driving in a GTS '98
The wife and I did a 1200 mile trip from Woodstock to Branson 2 months ago. Best road trip I have ever done. 80 mph and 20 mpg, the car just ate up the road. Even ran into an s4 that thought he had something for me. He found out he did'nt. Would do it again in a heart beat. Eric- paxtu22

GTS Replacement Speakers
I have a set of the Alpine SPX-17REF's and they are unreal. I used a PDX-5 amp and a set of 6.5 JL subs. The installer used 4 channels for the front and ran the rear's in mono System sounds incredible. Would highly recomend the Alpine gear and the JL subs. Eric- paxtu22

loss of power after miss-shift
Sounds like a bent valve. Is it possiable to over rev it @75mph in second gear? I think that my car is good for 80+ in second. Eric- paxtu22

Gen II - A/C went out.... ???
Got my car in april and the A/C did not work. Charged and added dye, o-rings where leaking. Recovered and replaced o-rings. Recharged and all has been good. If anyone is near Chitown and needs help with there A/C, I can give them a hand. I bought an A/C machine and can help you out. Eric- paxtu22

Aeromotive Fuel Pump "Vapor Locking" Fix?
I check my A/F gauge in high gear at the track on my blown mustang and it runs 9.50@143. Feels fast to me The 2 pump route will work fine until one fails. It may not leave you stranded, but a tow bill is alot less than a set of pistons. Eric- paxtu22

Aeromotive Fuel Pump "Vapor Locking" Fix?
It is not vapor locking, it is overheating. What kind of power does the car make? I ran a Bosch 420 that was good to 650 RWHP. I switched to a Magnafuel 650 Pro Tunner when I changed to E85. It is rated @ 2500 hp. I have had 1 failure in 3 years. They said that it was due to the fuel that...- paxtu22

Magnaflow Advice Needed
Just bought my 98 GTS last weekend.:drive: I love this car!!! I am looking into changing the way that it sounds and removing the cats. It has a muffler delete with small tail pipes.
