Well for anyone who was ever interested in this I wet ahead and got the stock 99rt10 dynoed to make sure that the car wasnt the reason my 0-60 mph times were so slow..

she put down 410 rwhp and 465 rwt SAE on a dyno jet. So theirs defiently nonthing wrong with the car..

She's in the shop being painted right now...But once thats done ill invest in some tires and do the bone stock 0-60 mph test again.

Not sure if this helps, but i remember hearing a few people saying the g tech was pretty accurate, but not very durable as they reported after a while they weren't accurate anymore. perhaps yours is like that where something is broken or worn and the readings aren't right like they used to be
