First I'm going to start by saying I don't usually race, I'm very much an amateur. Last time I've been at a drag strip was 3 years ago with a 350z. This was my first time for everything with this car. First time launching it, first time shifting fast , first time really flooring it thru the gears... ect. I have an 06 Coupe. Besides the catback Borla exhaust , everything is stock. I have Nitto Invo tires. I didn't warm them up at all before the races.
I ran 6 passes, I had four 12.3's and two 12.4's , my best run was
60' - 2.108
1/8 - 8.124
1/4 - 12.314
MPH - 119.4
I did end up running a 12.37 but I miss shifted into third , and quickly tried to recover and trapped at 116.5 MPH... I felt that could have been 12.1 at least.
Overall pretty happy with myself. Just thought I'd share. Enjoy
