18\" Mickey Thompson Street Radials coming in 2005

Richard,

We do have plans to make some 18" Et Street Radials but that will not happen until early 2005.

We will have all the same sizes that the BFG tires offer for 18" wheels.

Thanks.....

Re: 18

The M/Ts tested a little better in a magazine recently. I ran my hand over some smaller M/Ts at a shop last week, they're really sticky!

I hope the MT"s are better then the BFG! The BFG's are JUNK on a Viper!!

Why do you say that, Chuck? They have worked pretty well for me!

I get to drive a least 3 or 4 diferent Vipers each week. Every thing from a stock GENI to a Roe 7lbs w/nitrous. They have had, Pirellis, Dunlops, Bridgestones, Kumhos, michelin & BFG.

Street driving: loading & straight line, together.
0 = Junk, 10 = Good

Pirellie - 6
Dunlop - 2
Bridgestone - 3
Kumho - 5
BFG - 3
Michelin - "And it KILLS ME to say it! :usa: " - 8

"Just my "seat of pants" opinion"

For cornering they sure ****, but for straigt line traction they absolutely rock! You can't convince me otherwise! I have them on my car, which has 700rwhp and 900lbs of torque, and I can hammer it at any speed with no wheel spin!

Has anyone tried the new MT 17” ET’s on the Vipers? That way we don’t need the Purner 16” rims for the 16” MT’s.
