20\" Michelin PS2 rear tire - what size?
Ok - I'm about to order a set of 20x12.5" and 19x10" wheels with tires to put on my '04 white mamba. I'm going with the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires but I can't decide whether to go with the 335/30-20 or 345/25-20 on the rear. Specs on both vs. stock 345/30-19 are:
Stock 345/30-19: Diameter=27.4", Sidewall Height=4.0"
New 335/30-20: Diameter=28.0", Sidewall Height=3.95"
New 345/25-20: Diameter=26.8", Sidewall Height=3.39"
I'd rather go with the 345/25-20 but I'm afraid it might look funny seeing as how the diameter of this tire is about 1/2" less than the stock tire which would increase the "gap" between the top of the tire and the bottom of the fenderwell (although not by much). The 335 is only 10mm less wide but I think it might look better on the car. I haven't lowered the car yet but I plan on doing KW's down the road because I can't stand the stock 4x4 look, especially in the rear. Anyone have either of these sizes and can comment or any pics would be great.
