I may have a cracked manifold...... rather than replace with manifold again, what are you guys using for headers?

M&M for me as well.
I know there's a few different options, and I can't speak about them, but M&M has great prices and Matt's customer service is beyond exceptional.

thanks guys..... so how do the headers stand up to abuse/use?

how often do you have to torque the header bolts?

tcsracing,

You have some options. If the crack isn't too large, it could be repaired and depending upon the location of the crack, it might be repairable while on the car.

Headers don't do much for the buck performance-wise on the Gen III, but they will make the car much louder.

I've put about 10k mine (plus a track weekend and lots of mountain runs) and I've head 0 issues and they still look great. I haven't re-tightened anything and have no leaks at all.
