2009 ACR Windows do not drop enough when closing the doors

I tried the 3 x up /down, hold switch for 5 seconds trick, and that did not work. Do I need the dealer to reset the 1/2 window drop so that I can close the doors while the window is all the way up?

In the LX cars it is push down and hold for 3 seconds, then pull up and hold at top for 3 seconds. I wouldn't think the Viper would be much different?
