It is going to be iffy. Biggest problem will be getting the tire beads to seat on the rim shoulders. Your tire "buster" won't be happy to see this job. Assuming you get them mounted, be SURE to keep plenty of air pressure in them.

Jonathan, dude, what ARE you thinking?

Lets cut some corners, use some old tires I have laying around, save a buck and kill yourself at the same time? Don't tell me this is a combo you want to put on the track?

That tire is designed for a 10" rim.

Put a 305 on it and quit f-ing around. :D

Re: 275 Pilots on 12\" Purners

Can 275/35/18 Pilots be fitted on a 12" Purner wheel?

Forgetaboutit grasshopper. Purner has a set of used 325/18 MXXX3s, buy em' put em' on and forget about "push". 305s would be good also if you can find em'

Ok guys, I was just seeing if you were paying attention. I was just curious as I have virtually 2 new 275/18 Pilots in the garage, but I don't have rims to put them on. I need some rims for Viper days at PIR. Talked to Purner & I got some MXX3's coming for my 17" rims. All is well and all will be safe. No cutting corners on the rubber here. BTW-It was good to see you and the ACR back in business.

Jonathan, one other thing to keep in mind as you are considering 17" for the front, if you go with 17's you will not be able to upgrade to the Stoptech system in the future, you'll need 18s on the front.
