Passed all items except hydrocarbons at idle - 100 units permitted - measured 446 units.
Potential causes as described by smog mechanic:
Bad plug wires
Air leak
Bad Catalytic converter
Bad O2 sensor.

Plug wires were new about a year ago - stock viper part
Intake manifold gasket replaced two years ago (warranty) car idles perfect.
One O2 sensor replaced under warranty - I guess this leaves three others that could be bad?

Any other ideas as to the cause
Thanks
Gavin

This may sound stupid but did you drive it around to let it warm up.Other than that unless you added a adjustable fuel regulator check your plugs and wire's possible fuel filter clogged or air cleaner.

Thanks guys
Will pull plugs, air and fuel filters - I know the K&N air filter is due for a good cleaning.
Will post outcome as I know someone else is going to run into this too!
