I called today for the 1st time and The Viper Wizard really came thru :2tu:
Extremely knowledgable and courteous. He took time to relay all the previous info. he had on my 96 GTS that had been serviced by him. Additionally he helped me with my clutch install prob. by giving me the part # of what to get for the throwout bearing replacementfrom Napa. (as my local dealership wanted to sell me the slave cylinder for $200plus!) Anyway I just wanted to confirm what everyone already knows... Chuck is a great asset to the community and I look forward to sending him all the business I can :2tu: thanks again Chuck

Regards, Matt

Matt, I totally disagree! I was at his shop and he made me wait while he answered some guy's questions about frame recalls, different brands of clutch parts, steering at high speeds, joked about doctors... he even made me wait while he was put on hold and waited! How rude! ;)

(Hope he answered all your questions.)

Chuck is always there to correct the problems caused by OTHER so-called Viper techs.
