I do not have all of the information you requested but do know of a few cars like that in Washington state, two of the owners do not have access to the internet on a regular basis.
The first 2001 ACR built in the Saphire Blue combination (w/silver stripes) was purchased by Bert M, as of last year he still listed it as one of his Vipers.

A Saphire GTS with silver stripes was purchased new by Malcom R, also in the Seattle area, I have heard through the grapevine that this car has recently been sold.

Lastly, another one of our members owns VIN 700728 an ACR with stripes, his name is Joe C and he does have access to emails, so I forwarded him this thread.

I looked but could not locate the VINs on the other cars... sorry.

Looking at this side by side photo, the GTS looked a bit lower- so I looked up the stats.

The GTS is actually 1.6" lower and .5 inches wider and 100% sexier
