The other night I was out for a drive and the alternator volt gauge droped to 12 v and the lights dimmed yellow several times as I drove home.
I am thinking that the voltage regulator is going out and pulled the alternator out for a rebuild but I read in a serch that the regulator or voltage is controled by the computer is this correct?
I will also check if the alternator can be rebuilt for a higher out put.
