Another pic ?

I registered to the VCA media and tried to upload some pics but when I tried to upload one it said I exceeded the 200kb. Do I have to make the pic smaller somehow???

I have the posting down pat, but I just realized that when I delete the images from my files it creates a red "x" on the post.

So if I come back in a couple of days and delete this off of my files then a red "x" appears.

So I can put the pics in my album and then cut and paste to my post and not have to worry about them disappearing when I delete an image(I don't know if that makes any sense).
