When I was younger that's what I thought too. Most of my friends switched to long boards years ago, because you can ride one 95% of the time here. This is a very nice epoxy long board that is fast, extremely light & incredibly fun.

Your picture reminds me of the first time I ever saw a Viper on the road. Red Gen 1 RT/10 in the middle of winter in Maryland. Covered with brake dust and road salt, ******* with a surf board in the passenger seat.

Yes, the trunk is nice. I use that in the winter to store the wet suit. But I wouldn't do it through snow. Now that was a ********* surfer!
