Anybody recognize this 2002 RT/10 with salvage title in Ohio?

this car is up for auction tomorrow. Gray RT/10 27K miles. It has a VCA sticker and Mopar Nats entry race decal. Wondering why it's salvage and any history. I should remember it racing in Columbus but don't remember it. Any info would be useful.
